Business Plan Of Success

Being in the health and fitness industry for all these years had taught me to view our business as if we were viewing it through the eyes of our prospects. How do we purposefully achieve a fully operational business plan? This was the question our fitness company and they had spent many years in developing the ultimate solution to manage their business and be the abreast within the industry which I believe will be the essential to maintaining any businesses.

This master plan is divided into 4 main pillars which are sales, fitness, member experience and commercial management. This 4 pillars are supported by the core values RECIPE with each efficiently expresses all staffs of our company to understand their roles within appointed departments. I want to highlight the points of which the RECIPE stands for because it creates the core foundation for any internet business.

R stands for Respect and Integrity towards prospects and employees as its the outmost important to be respect the value of honesty in every product we deliver. In this information age, people are bombarded with tons of information every second on the internet, and the possibility of stumbling upon the same product or services is very high. So be honest in your delivery and you will receive the same in return.

E stands for Everyone Counts meaning that every product you create or become an affiliate of will need a proper understanding of the modern lifestyle needs. This is only achieve when you are able establish a sense of understanding those around you and the problems they face as individuals, then you are one more step closer to their solution and over the internet solution is an absolute. When you provide solution to even a single individual then he/she will become your offline affiliate by spreading the word around.

C stands for Community. As we all know the internet is a world of its own and within it we have tons and tons of community which share a similar interest which we termed it as niche market. Just as you would know which department you would have to go to inside a hypermarket to get your fishes or what to look for when going to a the tarik at your local mamak restaurant, it is the same over the internet as they would help you understand the your direction towards your goal. Participating within this targeted community over the internet gives a leverage amongst the selected community as they know that we care and bonding begins. Social media and forums are the best way to approach these step.

I stands for innovation. We all want to make money over the internet as achieve this financial freedom that we see others achieve such simplicity. Have you thought about what's the difference between you and those who achieve this financial outcome you desire for? Innovation is the answer, to be ahead of the game you must be innovative, and how do you be innovative? Simple, look at everything around you right now and observe how it works, how it was created, what is used to create it, why was it created and how that very problem is related to the business. Everything around you is money, made by people for had thought of an innovative idea to solve a certain problem which is a termed as daily needs for us today. I know its deep, but it's something that requires the fundamental understanding of that particular matter.

P stands for Performance Counts and how it applies to the internet business which is such a competitive business when every product or service can be automated through another automated service provider which makes our follow up much easier. People would depend on someone whom can constantly provide valuable information, the more they will return to you. It will be better when you could reward your subscribers with something of value, then you be rest assure that you have built a list of loyal subscribers whom have branded you as an expert which they would refer to.
E stands for Energy and Passion. This is the key of keeping you and your business on the right track as some would not have the same excitement and enthusiasm when you started so the progress of their business will fall. My only advice will be to keep yourself motivated by watching funny videos or listening to some favorite music to enlighten when you feel down and bored or any other negative feelings gets in your way during your power hours. You must love what you do and always in the right mood to do what you love.

Blogging Tips - How to Blog at the Speed of Light

If you spend hours on the computer blogging, here's some blogging tips on how you can blog a lot faster than you do now. You don't even have to pick up your typing speed.

Why Blog Faster?
When I was on a webinar about blogging, the speaker talked about Speed blogging. He talked about doing a blog post in 30 minutes or less. Many people spend too much time on a single blog post trying to make it look nice.
When you are blogging for money, which I do, you need some blogging tips on how to do it faster so you can focus more on income producing activities. However if you're somebody who doesn't type that fast, here are some blogging tips on how to improve your blogging speed without typing faster.

Speech Recognition Software
Speech recognition software for your computer such as Dragon will help you blog a lot faster. This is good for people who have mobility issues with their hands such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
It's also good for people who want to blog faster. You can get Dragon at any software store or online for around $150. It comes with a mic to speak into. However make sure you have a decent-speed computer or else it will be slow as hell.

iPhone's Siri Feature
The iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 both have a feature that you can use to talk into your iPhone and it types out everything you say. Please note that I am not an affiliate of Apple. Using the iPhone Siri feature I am able to type a blog post in 20 minutes or less.
This allows me to write more blog posts and have time to do other income-producing activities. It also alleviates me from having to type a lot since my hands get tired after typing for a while.
You can even make blog post while you're on your lunch break at work. Millionaires make money by doing things they are already doing.

Transcribed Voice Recording
You can also speak into your voice recorder on your iPhone or any other phone that has that feature and pay someone to transcribe. You can find them on sites such as Elance.com. They will do a certain length of audio for a certain amount of money.
You can actually write 10 blog post in the time it takes you to do one or two. This is what I call speed blogging at its best.
Before you make the blog posts of the transcription you want to make sure that you proofread it to make sure all the spelling is correct. There maybe sometimes when the transcriber misspelled someone's name for example.

Now You Know How to Blog Faster
So these are three good blogging tips on how you can blog faster without having to type faster. You will find that blogging is a lot funner once you have started using one of those methods.

Establishing Your Content Marketing Goals and Accomplishments

With all of the hard work that you put into your content marketing strategy, it is about time that you figure out if you are accomplishing what you want. Developing a checklist is an effective way to find out.
It is very possible that you already have some sort of tracking system in place that will give you the results of your social media efforts. However, chances are that those will give your results of specific pieces of content rather than giving your results on a broader scale. It is an excellent idea for your to look at your strategy and then examine your accomplishments over the longer term and with a larger number of criteria. As you are looking into the results of your efforts in such detail, the first thing that you should do is make sure that you are asking the most appropriate questions. Before you begin your analysis, you should compile a list of questions that are well thought out and carefully organized. The following are questions that you may want to consider posing because the responses will definitely help you.
  • Are you being consistent in your online marketing efforts? In order for your online marketing efforts to be successful, you need to be consistent and other people need to be able to depend on your efforts. If you can do this, you will be building trustworthiness and credibility. You should examine your consistency when it comes to sharing your content, which will help you to maintain your relationships that already exist as well as cultivating new relationships. The best tool to use when it comes to successfully maintaining consistency is an editorial calendar. Of course, it goes without saying that you need to not only create an editorial calendar but you also have to work on keeping it up to date on a very regular basis.
  • How relevant is your content to your target audience? You need to evaluate how relevant your content is to the needs and wants of your target audience. It is critical that you find a way to help your target audience members to solve their problems. A great way to do that is by reading the profiles of your target audience. In many cases, that will give you a very good idea about what they are looking to you to help them accomplish. Another good way to understand your target audience is by paying close attention to the comments that they make after reading your content.
  • How compelling is your content to your target audience? If the quality of your writing is excellent, it doesn't just mean that the grammar, punctuation and spelling are correct. It also means that the writing is exciting, enticing and thought provoking. It is important that your writing entices your readers to want to come back and it is equally important that your writing makes them want to share it with other people they know. When you are writing, it is essential that you always remember to tell a good story. Your stories must have elements in them that touch your audience. They need to be able to relate to what you are saying on an emotional level (in a human way). It is a matter of writing style and it is also a matter of the kind of passion that is found in your writing.
  • Do you have an organized system for coming up with fresh content on a regular basis? It can be a challenge to come up with new topics on a regular basis; however, it is absolutely imperative that you constantly share fresh content with your target audience. There are times when recycling content is appropriate but if you are hoping to increase your client base, you will need a way to accomplish that. It is a very good idea to keep a file (or repository) of topic ideas and draw from there. You should also devote yourself to replenishing topics on a regular basis and never let the number of topics go below a certain number. If possible, try to avoid doing anything at the last minute. It will only cause stress and your content needs to be of the best quality possible.
  • Does your position of influence increase on a regular basis? Your influence is extremely important. The more influential you are and the more you surround yourself and your business with other influencers, the more successful you will be. The way in which you measure your influence may change; however, the presence of the influence will not. Influence survives over the long term and in a broad way. It is important to constantly strive to improve upon your offerings constantly.
Conclusion
You work so hard at accomplishing your marketing goals but building and setting up the strategy is only half the battle. The other half is working it so that it becomes extremely effective and your business becomes outrageously successful. The more you work it, the better your results will be. It is all up to you. You should revisit the success of your online marketing efforts regularly and if you see that something isn't working, you will need to tweak it until it makes sense again. Make sure that you are truly there for your target audience and let them know that your purpose is to solve their problems in the best way possible.

A Blog Is a Blog - Right?

Actually, yes that is right. A blog is a blog. There are thousands of types of blogs.
You can have one about building a business, showcasing you photos, recipes, animals, etc. You can blog about whatever you want and STILL build a business too. Are you a Mom who likes to blog about her kid's school teams? Are you a Dad who likes to blog about his favorites sports? Are you someone who likes to blog about their adventures in life? Do it! All these blogs are great! What is your intention for your blog? Once you figure that out, you can focus on what to write and show as images - HINT - there is no wrong or right thing to put on your blog, as long as it means something to you AND you don't mind sharing it.
Don't give up on your blog if it's not working out the way you want it to. It does take time to build an audience. Before you start building an audience you need to have these things happen.
  1. An Intention
  2. A Strategy
  3. Daily writing - maybe even twice a day.
Intention - Why do you want a blog? What are you going to write about? What do you want the end result to be for your blog? Do you want to make money? Do you just want everyone to be able to see and share your "posts"? Do you want a gazillion people to see your blog? It's really up to you.

A Strategy - How are you going to accomplish your intention? Are you going to syndicate your blog? Are you going to post it to the social media sites? If you are, are all your social media sites set up to point back to you and represent you correctly? Are you going to buy traffic? Are you going to post to free ads sites? Whatever you are going to do, make sure its a strategy that is simple and will get you to your goals.

Daily writing - this seems obvious but it's not always. Some people are not in it for business building and don't need or want the large amounts of traffic. If they want to post once a week or once a month, that is fine. However, if you want traffic, and you want to see Google finding you and you want to get paid - write every day! It is so essential! I'm not perfect, I have missed days - but - I pay for it. I can see my traffic dip and that means my lead source is dipping and that does NOT help your business. Your blog is part of your business, treat it that way. So, besides what YOU want for your blog; A blog is a blog is a blog Unless - It's making you money like mine!

Blogs are the well from which all kinds of money-making opportunities flow: so, swarms of people are blogging for profit. Blogs are not only used to market and sell, they are also used to empower, create, express, increase social awareness or even just rant. Blogs are the great equalizer, giving voice to large companies and little newbies alike. Here are some strategies on blogging for profit.

Blogging for Profit Tip #1 -
Develop your unique voice. There are so many blogs doing the same, commonplace old thing that readers get bored. Present them a dose of your personality by introducing your personal style. By the way, blogging isn't just writing, it can be audio, video, social bookmarking, or pictures. Ideally, your blog will mix several different styles of consumption to appeal to different people.

Blogging for Profit Tip #2
Blog everyday with hard-hitting content. This means 5-7 times a week, at least. It also means giving readers content so juicy, so helpful or so uplifting, that they beat down your door for more. This turns traffic into repeat traffic. Repeat traffic tend to trust and respect you more, and will be more likely to purchase from you.

Blogging for Profit Tip #3
Drive traffic to your blog. If blogging for profit is the well, traffic is gilded rain that fills it. There are many ways to drive traffic: article marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, banner advertising, co ops, viral marketing, etc. If you are new to driving traffic, I advise you pick one strategy that you are most comfortable with, learn it, dominate it and move on to the next one. For some strategies, you may want to devote someone else to do it for you. Just stick to a budget and don't squander too much capital on your blog before you know what works or not.

Blogging for Profit Tip #4 -
Advertise on your blog. Once you have all this wonderful content, that drives traffic to your blog, you now have leverage to monetize your blog even further by putting advertising on it. You can either use Google AdSense, or rent banner space to other blogs or websites. You can use affiliate marketing and get banners from ClickBank or Amazon and market products your readers might like to purchase. The sky is the limit!

Blogging for Profit Tip #5
Join paid blogging networks. You can also make money by writing your reviews on different products and services offered online. A roundabout way to do this would be guest blogging or commenting on other blogs, linking back to your blog. People come to your site, and start following you.

Blogging for Profit Tip #6
Capture email addresses. Put a form for people to sign up for updates or newsletters. Sweeten the deal by offering a free report, free audio, or free ebook. Email lists are another valuable ticket for internet marketing, so treat it as such. Put out great updates, promotions, etc. Don't forget to remind them that they signed up for your list, so they are less likely to complain about spam. Also give them an easy way to unsubscribe.

Just think it will take a lot of work, discipline and consistency. If you are prepared to do this, then you can really make money blogging for profit.
